About The Role
Day-to-day you’ll be providing clients and internal teams with high quality technical support, in line with strict service level agreements focusing on Totara Learning Management Systems.
You will take a proactive approach towards the correct implementation of process and security controls, ensuring the stability and effectiveness of sites we manage. You will fulfil a key role that will help place Kineo as the preferred choice for global Totara hosting and support.
You’ll be joining a friendly team, working out of our Brighton HQ in close collaboration with our Sales, Learning Content and Learning Platforms teams.
We are looking for someone with drive and an aptitude to learn and succeed; both will be paramount to your position within our highly motivated team. You should have a passion for IT and providing excellent customer support and you'll need to be able to demonstrate sound experience of working with clients in a fast-paced environment and strong customer service focus and mentality.
You must be able to manage your time and work priorities, whilst under pressure and you must have a logical approach to identifying and solving technical problems.
Though not essential, it would be great if you already had experience working with source control such as GIT or SVN, as well as Learning Management Systems (LMSs) and Content Management Systems (CMSs). Experience in writing queries to obtain and update data within MySQL and PostgreSQL databases would be helpful as well, as would working in a support desk environment to strict SLAs.
