Professional Services Consultant

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with a passion for implementing complex software solutions in a timely manner.  If you are a self-starter who is consistently suggesting and implementing solutions to improve your team efficiency and achieve company objectives, then we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be working as part of the Professional Services team to on-board our new customers & implement our full suite of modules quickly and efficiently while providing an exceptional service. You will have knowledge of email and SMS marketing methods that help our customers achieve the best results and be able to apply this to a variety of different brands and industries throughout their implementation. 

You will set an example to your colleagues through the quality of work you deliver, communication with other teams and customers and by suggesting ways we can improve the service we offer.

Key duties and responsibilities

  1. Take complete ownership and ensure the successful onboarding of new accounts / modules to Pure360, ensuring timely delivery of all products and services purchased.

  2. Keep key stakeholders up to date with progress, both internally and externally.

  3. Support the new business team with consultancy and support to help deliver revenue objectives.

  4. Provide digital marketing best practice advice to help clients improve their results.

  5. Contribute to and implement projects that achieve our Retention, Deliverability and Services objectives.

  6. Suggest and develop tools and materials to improve the experience for our customers

  7. Sharing skills and experience within the team and supporting your colleagues in their tasks.

  8. Deliver high quality training sessions to drive feature adoptions throughout our customer base

Essential skills

  • Excellent client relationship skills at all levels in phone, email and face to face environments

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High Level of attention to detail

  • Excellent general IT skills

  • Highly organised with good time management

  • Ability to multitask and manage a number of rapidly moving projects at once

  • Experience implementing or supporting software products in a client facing role

Desirable skills

  • Project Management

  • Knowledge of digital marketing landscape

  • Experience delivering training

  • Experience writing blogs and delivering webinars

  • Ability to work independently on projects to improve the customer experience


Salary band £27,256 to £31,344

22 days holiday, plus public holidays and a day off on your birthday, contributory pension scheme, free health cash plan, discounted gym membership.

We are open to remote working options post COVID-19. All of our staff are currently remote working in keeping with government guidelines to keep our staff protected and safe.
