Senior Technical Services Consultant

Pure360 are seeking a Senior Technical Services Consultant. No two days in the life of a Senior Technical Services Consultant will be the same. We are looking for someone who can handle technical escalations, speak across departments in a knowledgeable way making their case where appropriate, speak to management, and inform and guide their colleagues. We are also looking for someone who can proactively take on relevant projects, or the management of such projects, and run with them. A self starter with a keen interest in staying abreast of the industry and pushing both the technical support, and their colleagues, forward in learning and being the best they can be.

Key duties and responsibilities

  1. Build strong relationships with our developers and systems team.

  2. Act as the bridge between customer facing and technical teams.

  3. Maintain a reputation for a cool head and sound knowledge.

  4. Scope and work with customers to deliver integrations using  our API or our IPaaS partner.

  5. Troubleshoot integrations.

  6. Understand customer problems, not just customer questions

  7. Investigate and resolve escalations from our account management team.

  8. Diagnosing, triaging and resolving technical issues

  9. Understanding of deliverability risks and the ability to communicate these

Essential Skills

  • Ability to write and perfect processes, taking them through review to implementation

  • Excellent communicator

  • Core project management skills

  • Solid understanding of GDPR risks, mitigations, best practice, etc - and the confidence to challenge

  • Knowledge of industry and tech products in the wild, and keen to learn, research and suggest useful tools

  • Reliable technical consultation skills

  • Ability to train complex subjects in a confident and informative manner without overcomplicating

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working in a technical customer service role

  • Basic SQL

  • Some scripting experience, eg bash, python, etc

  • A commercial understanding to complement the technical

  • Comfortable analysing data and producing meaningful output and recommendations


Salary band £29,989 to £38,986pa
