Chailey Heritage Foundation is embarking on an exciting Digital Transformation Programme and we are looking to recruit a talented Business Systems Analyst working within a skilled team of engineers and technicians, to deliver on our ambitions.  You will be responsible for all Information Systems, including business requirement specification, product, and vendor selection, scoping and design, implementation, reporting and analysis.  As the Business Systems owner of the organisation, you will ensure all our information meets quality and compliance requirements and, working alongside the IT Manager, complete annual compliance tasks and promote cyber awareness within the Foundation. 

This is a key role to enable the organisation to achieve. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of a wide range of applications and systems across several disciplines and different industries.  This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the digital offering within Chailey Heritage to benefit the young people and their families and our supporters and colleagues.

You will need to be comfortable working with the following applications and services: 

  • Microsoft SQL Server Administration and Database maintenance 

  • Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 products and services – implementation and administration 

  • The use of database reporting tools and integration through APIs and web services
