We aspire to be the go-to agency for ambitious businesses who are looking to evolve their products and services, reputation or culture through their brand, and we are fortunate enough to work with the likes of LEGO, Aon, London Irish and Fujitsu to do exactly that. Over the past few years, this has also meant that our work has become increasingly global - with active projects across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. 

We are looking for a diligent project manager with exceptional communication and coordination skills to join us on an initial three month contract. You will be working with us to deliver the rebrand of a pan-European business across several languages, as well as supporting the continued roll out of global campaign projects for our clients.

 

Job role:

  • Manage the timeline, resourcing and budget for a large scale brand research and strategy project being conducted in seven languages

  • Be the central point of contact for all logistics for the project - managing translators, the UnitedUs team, our suppliers, the client stakeholders, colleagues and their end clients who are participating in the research

  • Provide regular updates to the client on the progress of the project and participate monthly planning meetings with the UnitedUs team

  • Liaise with the UnitedUs Directors and project leads to ensure continued internal alignment and expectations for the project

  • Be proactive in supporting internal and client aspirations 

  • Support the wider business through regular project check ins and timeline management for other projects during busy periods

  • Bring big energy! We genuinely care about our clients and the success of the projects they entrust to us - and we show it. You’ll be passionate about creativity and bring all your organisational and communication skills to the table to bring projects to life.

 

Required skills/attributes:

  • At least three years previous experience in an agency-side project management role

  • Experience working directly with enterprise brands or household names in either B2C or B2B contexts

  • Ability to manage the end-to-end delivery of project workflow to reach a desirable outcome for clients and the agency alike

  • Confidence and charisma when engaging with clients, with a knack for expectation management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency with Google for Work tools or Microsoft suite (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word)

  • Eligible to work in the UK

 

Desirable:

  • Experience of, or familiarity with Forecast.it 

  • Experience managing freelance translators

  • Curiosity, infectious enthusiasm and a love of having a plan!
