Social Media Manager
We’re looking for a switched-on social media all-rounder who can plan, create, schedule and measure engaging healthcare social media campaigns.
You’ll have slick short-form copywriting skills and eye-catching design skills, along with a great head for strategy, numbers and reporting. And you’ll be ready to own key client accounts, delivering results that exceed expectations.

Develop a social media plan and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
Manage social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube
Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites and encourages audience participation
Alongside the digital team, drive and manage social media campaigns from content creation, to measurement of campaign success
Write engaging and enticing short form copy for variety of social media campaigns
Create graphics in the form of images, gifs, short video animations and infographics
Day to day management of social media channels - manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Social media reporting - create monthly reports which detail the progress of campaigns on social media and their effectiveness.
Proofread content, including, but not limited to, social media posts, blog articles and video captions and subtitles
Algorithm research - keep up to date with changes and improvements in the algorithms for top social media platforms relevant to our clients (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), and reflect this in how we use the platforms to market our clients
Industry research - keep up to date with health initiatives e.g. national awareness days and create content to support this on social media
Experience / Skills
3 + Years of experience in social media and community management
Experience using Canva or other graphic design tools e.g. Photoshop or Illustrator necessary
Experience using video editing tools and/ or video maker tools such as Biteable
Understanding of how to use tools like Hootsuite, CreatorStudio and LinkTree to manage multiple social media channels
Experience using analytics for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google.

We put the wellbeing of our team first, ensuring that everyone plays to their strengths and enjoys the work they do. This is a fully remote role, with occasional travel to London for meetings (travel costs will be reimbursed).
We offer a competitive salary, which is negotiable based on experience.
