E-Commerce Office Assistant – Six-month contract - Stakrak Limited
We are an established and successful market leader in supplying storage solutions to commerce and industry, with a very busy fast-paced Sales Office, based in Crawley.
An immediate position has become available at Stakrak Limited for a six-month contract that may lead to a permanent position.
The position role is varied, would suit a newly qualified graduate or someone with the relevant experience, and will involve assisting the Sales Office and E-commerce department in their day-to-day duties.
The candidate must have a “can-do” attitude and be able to work on their initiative.
This will include a broad range of all normal office duties, dealing with customer inquiries by telephone and email, creating sales orders on the system, updating and maintaining the system as well as assisting the Marketing department with any e-Commerce projects.
Please note this is an office-based position and you will be required to have your own transport.
Note Hours are Mon –Friday Starting 8.30am - 5pm with 30mins for lunch
We will expect a basic ability & understanding of:
Excellent IT skills – Windows 10 and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must have a very good working knowledge of and experience of using WordPress
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using Sage50
Experience using digital drawing packages
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience and understanding of modern digital marketing systems, with experience and understanding of eCommerce Websites.

Salary - Six-month contract £20K per annum (pro-rata)
