We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our award-winning team at Mind+Matter to assist us in creating meaningful experiences, driven by data and emotions to ultimately change behaviours, in both the UK and globally.
 

Role Summary

Responsible for start-to-finish project management of technology deliverables for our clients. To ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high level of quality. The post holder will report directly to the Associate Director of Technology, and will be positioned within the Technology team working closely with fellow technologists.
 

Key Areas of Responsibility

·To run the successful delivery of digital projects such as web sites or apps to a high quality, on time and to budget

·Ensuring client needs are met and expectations are managed to deliver great customer satisfaction

·Collaborate with account teams and all internal stakeholders so that they are aware of project status and any risks and ensure issues are resolved

·Ensuring all the team members are well briefed: Designer, Developer, Tester etc

·Ensure appropriate documentation is created and kept up to date for each project worked on

·Defining innovative solutions that meet clients’ needs, working in collaboration with other technologists in the technology team

·Financial Management

·To effectively manage the budget of projects, ensuring they meet recoverability targets raising risks to the Account Team
 

Requirements

·Experience of working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing multiple digital projects concurrently

·Proven history of delivering software projects in various technologies deliverables in a variety of resourcing models

·Excellent client facing skills

·Experience of Software development tools such as Jira and confluence

·Experience of Agile and waterfall style approaches to SDLC such as Scrum and Kanban

·Strong time management and planning skills

·Ability to assess and mitigate risk 

·Good communication skills, written and verbal with technical and non-technical working with both internal and external stakeholders

·Broad experience in all aspects of digital/technology deliverables

Success indicators

·Positive feedback around technology delivery output from account teams and clients

·Projects delivered on time and within budgets
