Job Role – PPC / Paid Search Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic Paid Search Manager to join our fantastic, innovative and hugely successful search marketing agency based in Brighton.
Working with the agency's key Paid Search clients, you will be responsible for ensuring that PPC campaigns are efficiently and successfully delivered, whilst providing first class service across our client portfolio.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with leading Paid Search strategies with a strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and attribution. You demonstrate a positive can-do attitude, work well in teams, and enjoy solving complex problems.
In addition, successful candidates will have the following attributes:
- 2 - 3 years of hands-on PPC experience.
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of Google and Bing Ads.
- Experience of working across different geographies or multi-national scope.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing automation (scripts, in-house tools, external tools).
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to contextualise data and communicate strategies clearly.
- Ability to innovate and follow up with execution test, measure, learn, scale.
- Strong work ethic, personal accountability and ownership.
- Understanding of attribution and tracking.
You have great communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask a variety of goals and deadlines in a constantly changing environment.

For this role we are offering a salary between £26,000 - £34,000 per year with additional commission from upselling to existing and new clients.
