The role

Working closely with our inspiring Creative Director, this newly developed role will see the successful candidate:

collaborating on design and branding concepts for a series of innovative virtual and live events

executing designs across all forms of media, with an emphasis on branding and motion graphics

liaising with clients and key stakeholders 

helping our core team to lead numerous freelance creatives as we deliver our client’s communication needs

managing ad hoc and daily tasks within our design studio

Predominantly based at our buzzy studio in central Brighton, there will be the opportunity to travel and help deliver events in many fabulous international locations.

  • self-assured and confident about presenting their ideas and rationale to colleagues and clients

Software skills and technical skills:

With at least five years of creative design experience – probably in an agency or within the events industry, or maybe a freelancer who wants to go permanent – you will have the following skills:

  • fluent in Adobe CC suite;
    • Photoshop and Illustrator (essential)                
    • Lightroom, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro (desirable)
  • competent with Microsoft Office – PowerPoint (essential); and Google suite – Sheets, Docs, Slides (essential)
  • knowledge of social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram and UIX (essential)
  • working knowledge of HTML (desirable)
  • understanding of mobile app building, integration and responsiveness (desirable)
  • experience of video production – After Effects, Final Cut Pro and Motion (desirable)
  • experience of 3D animation and/or visualisation
