We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Executive Assistant to support addmustard’s senior-level managers and ensure the smooth and efficient running of a wide variety of administrative tasks. You will need to demonstrate outstanding organisational skills alongside the ability to work autonomously and proactively, managing projects and tasks to completion, dealing with obstacles, and adapting and responding quickly to changes in priorities and requirements.


We require someone who is resourceful, judicious and diligent, capable of finding solutions to a broad range of business requirements and challenges, whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator too, both written and verbal, as you’ll be working and liaising with individuals across the entire business and client portfolio, from digital specialists to CEOs.


There’s unlikely to be a typical day, but regular responsibilities will include coordinating our senior management team and supporting the scheduling of internal and external meetings; organising and booking travel, accommodation and training; supporting the preparation and proofing of reports and contracts; and responding to emails and enquiries. You’ll certainly need to enjoy variety and thrive in a fast-paced environment, acting as a linchpin in the day to day running of the agency.

Key responsibilities


  • Organising and scheduling internal and external meetings.

  • Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes for our senior management.

  • Greeting clients and business guests.

  • Onboarding clients.

  • Supporting the preparation of client documents. 

  • Coordinating client activities and chasing actions and activities.

  • Arranging restaurant,  travel and accommodation for senior managers.

  • Answering emails and phones where necessary.

  • Managing the diaries and schedules of senior management.

  • Preparing and delivering monthly reports.

  • Expensing all receipts for senior managers.

  • Preparing draft client contracts and confidentiality agreements.

  • Providing ad hoc professional and personal support for Senior Managers.
