As part of our growth we are looking for an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of large (platinum) customers, to create long-term, trusting relationships as well as maximise business value and develop new business from existing customers.
This role is to optimise and maximise relationships to achieve business goals and to set the long-term vision and strategy for our portfolio.
As well as:
- Develop strong relationships with customers and connect with key business stakeholders
- Achieve targets and business goals while keeping customers satisfied and engaged with our product and services in the long-run
- To liaise with cross-functional internal teams to drive and improve the entire customer experience
