Senior Account Manager

Customer Thermometer is the market leader in short survey solutions; with our 1-click email feedback software we’re helping the world’s most customer-obsessed businesses get quick and accurate feedback from their customers in seconds. We have over 1,800 customers and operating in 60+ countries. 

As part of our growth we are looking for an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of large (platinum) customers, to create long-term, trusting relationships as well as maximise business value and develop new business from existing customers.  

This role is to optimise and maximise relationships to achieve business goals and to set the long-term vision and strategy for our portfolio.

As well as:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and connect with key business stakeholders
  • Achieve targets and business goals while keeping customers satisfied and engaged with our product and services in the long-run
  • To liaise with cross-functional internal teams to drive and improve the entire customer experience
