About the role

We are now looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to join our commercial team to support our Commercial Director. This is an important role with a variety of responsibilities which will allow the successful applicant to make a significant impact on our sales, lead generation and marketing success.

The key areas of focus will be to help shape and deliver our marketing plan and support our sales activities in all markets. This will include creating and delivering campaigns and content, sourcing & qualifying new leads in existing and new markets, and maintaining and utilising our HubSpot sales platform and the reporting it offers.

This is a great opportunity for somebody to join our growing commercial team and play a key role in a fast growing SaaS product business.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Lead sourcing:

    • Producing target contact lists for each market based on agreed target companies and criteria

    • Working from available sources of information (such as ZoomInfo and company research)

    • Working with lead generation suppliers, to provide qualified leads to add to prospect database

  • Sales platform maintenance

    • Ensuring the HubSpot prospect database is clean, accurate and up-to-date

    • Creating and delivering reports on activity and targets

  • Sales contact activity:

    • Segmenting the prospect database

    • Delivering ongoing prospect email marketing activity

  • Sales collateral

    • Coordinating the production of sales collateral

    • Working with internal teams to generate supporting sales material, including case studies, email content, and presentation content

  • Marketing campaigns:

    • Helping draw up an ongoing programme of marketing activity to support our sales and brand objectives 

    • Creating effective marketing, sales and brand content

    • Delivering marketing campaigns via the 15gifts site, social such as LinkedIn/Twitter and other comms channels

    • Building our networks of sales contacts and influencers

The person we’re looking for

  • Experience of working in a target-driven B2B sales and marketing function, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment

  • Strong HubSpot experience, including maintaining up-to-date and accurate lead information, producing reports, delivering email and marketing activity  

  • Marketing and social media experience, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter - building networks and creating content

  • Experience working with lead sources such as ZoomInfo

  • Good working knowledge of G-Suite/Microsoft office tools

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with strong written skills 

  • Analytical and numerate

  • Event management experience would be advantageous but not essential

Our office and remote working

We can confidently say that our sea-view office is one of Brighton’s best. However, we’re currently all working from home and we’ll be taking a cautious approach to returning to our much loved office.  

Our plan moving forward is to have a remote workforce that can work from any location in the UK, but that also have access to our Brighton office space when they choose. We believe this offers ultimate flexibility to our team, and is reflective of how people will work in future. We also recognise that this will allow us to bring in a wider range of talent to our business, which is something that we’re really excited about.

We see this flexibility as a key employee benefit and all we ask is that you come into the office for a minimum of 3 days per quarter, which will include our quarterly team get together. 

When in the office, we have flexible workspaces, which means you’re not tied to a desk, unless you want to be. You could work in a sociable spot on floor 4, or set yourself up with a screen on floor 3. This is everyone’s space and it’s available after work – our staff host everything from gaming and craft nights to adventure film screenings. However, we will of course be following strict social distancing and health & safety guidelines for as long as is advised.
