This past year has seen a seismic shift in how and where we work. At the Unit we have operated a flexible approach for a number of years so the leap to remote working has been an easy transition and one which we will continue to embrace with hybrid work patterns.
However we have also learnt that what we also really value is face to face collaboration, in-person workshops, office banter and team activities that aren’t entirely over Zoom. So we’d really like you to be as enthusiastic as us about spending some of your working time in the studio with your teammates.
