Campaign Marketing Manager

King & McGaw is looking for an experienced and adaptable candidate to join their marketing team as Campaign Marketing Manager. The Campaign Marketing Manager will own the brand’s marketing plan, driving and executing launches and seasonal campaigns across organic channels. The right candidate will bring a passion for art and 4+ years experience from a similar role, specifically demonstrable experience in campaign planning and execution across channels including email marketing, partnerships and PR for a B2C brand. They will be a confident communicator, practiced in working with multiple stakeholders and be both creative and analytical in their approach.


Campaign marketing: 

  • Own and drive the brand’s marketing plan, planning and executing integrated product launches and seasonal campaigns across all of our channels.
  • Maintain open communication with the publishing team to ensure marketing and publishing strategies are aligned.  
  • Ensure marketing activity is across our broad product range including scheduled promotion for key licenses and artist estates.
  • Drive monthly channel reporting.


  • Drive the content strategy for the brand, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop brand identity.  
  • Drive the production of content from a marketing perspective, working with the design team to ensure assets are produced and delivered to fulfil marketing objectives. 


  • Drive major partnerships with publishing and external partners. 
  • Work closely with museum partners to execute reciprocal marketing activity, ensuring license brand guidelines are adhered to in any assets we produce. 
  • Support publishing in new image archive or artist estate collection launches, working closely with the partner to generate reciprocal campaign output. 


  • Run the brand’s press office, responding to sample and image enquiries to generate coverage in online and print media. 
  • Support product launches and brand campaigns with targeted press releases with media-specific deadlines in mind. 
  • Work with SEO agency to support their efforts in digital PR for inbound link building. 
  • Drive monthly channel reporting.

Experience and attributes:

  • Experience in campaign planning and execution for a B2C brand
  • Ability to analyse data and identify marketing opportunities
  • Experience of using email marketing platforms, Klaviyo ideally
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confident communicator
  • Self motivated and disciplined
  • Team player
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
