Avantis Wealth is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise our marketing efforts across all digital channels to generate qualified investor leads for our broker team. You are a lead generation specialist. You'll be part of the driving force behind a growth strategy to help transform Avantis's presence in the market. You'll work to create an engaging online relationship with current and future investors as well as existing and potential partners, transforming our website and social channels into an inbound sales engine.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Working with the team to develop and drive a game-changing growth strategy
  • Developing HNW marketing tactics and identifying opportunities to expand into new audiences and channels where we've never been before
  • Taking charge of our paid media budget and performance against targets
  • Masterminding and executing lead acquisition campaigns across multiple paid and organic channels
  • Collaborating with the team to develop the best possible user journeys for campaigns including creating stunning targeted creative, great propositions and beautiful landing pages
  • Integrating your campaigns with CRM journeys through Hubspot to drive customer retention
  • Creatively integrating brand building and content into your marketing strategy
  • Delivering elegant marketing materials, reports and sector-based content for delivery across all channels
  • Optimising the performance of campaigns, and sharing your insights with the team


  • Proven experience in digital marketing at manager level
  • Ability to plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative, preferably with experience in identifying HNW audiences to devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hubspot essential (Hubspot Certification would be a nice to have)
  • Experience in producing and optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience in setting up and optimising paid media campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Hands-on experience of Adobe Creative Suite with an eye for design to enhance brand standards
  • Collaborate with external agencies and other vendor partners
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 depending upon experience
