Paid Media Manager (social & search)

Trapeze Media are looking for someone to join our team to manage paid advertising across social platforms.

We are a creative digital marketing agency that leads with social. Based in London and Brighton we are a small and agile team. This means we work closely to support one another and only work on projects we feel we can excel at and enjoy.

Our clients range from hospitality to e-commerce to B2B so we are looking for someone with an understanding of ads managers for all social networks (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, TikTok & Snapchat primarily).

We have recently had some big wins running paid search campaigns for clients and so are expanding that service offering and ideally would like to work with someone who also had experience managing paid search ads however social is our main focus.

This is a hands-on role, responsible for strategising and setting up campaigns, optimising ads and reporting to clients, as well as building and managing client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating campaigns from scratch across multiple Paid Media platforms

  • Budget pacing

  • Setting up campaigns on social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin and Snapchat

  • Willingness to learn new emerging platforms

  • Understanding of sales funnels and paid strategy to influence customer behaviour

  • Audience analysis and optimisation

  • Presenting to clients on Zoom or over the phone

  • Reporting activity & making recommendations (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

  • Keeping up to date with industry trends

  • Client communication and account management

  • Search query analysis and ad group expansion

  • Building and optimising Search and Shopping campaigns

  • Keyword research & reviews
