The Project Manager is one of the key decision makers when delivering The TrailerFarm’s work. PMs work with all teams, from client stakeholders to internal artists and external suppliers to meet the project objectives.

You will be running multiple projects in our CG, in-engine cinematics, game capture & post production workflows. 

While knowledge of the games industry would be a bonus we are looking for Project Managers with at least 2-3 years of experience in a production house or other fast-paced agency.

  • Be accountable for the project being delivered within both the project and studio KPIs

  • Accountable for maintaining a strong relationship with the key PoC and wider stakeholder team (including vendors/contractors, sister studios)

  • Accountable for all project metrics to be tracked by the team and available at various points throughout for performance measurement

  • Responsible for ensuring all questions have been raised and answered and no unstated assumptions exist

  • Responsible for developing a budget by gathering time and cost estimates from artists

  • Responsible for gathering and communicating project status with the whole project team, including RAG status, deadline slippage and increased risks

  • Responsible for ensuring artists are available to be briefed effectively by leads with all supporting information

  • Responsible for communicating foreseen risks in projects and working with the project team to offer alternate solutions



  • Ability to be a quick decision maker 

  • Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues

  • The ability to understand external and internal trends and advise on appropriate strategic and operational responses

  • Strong ability to build effective working relationships with the internal team and external providers at all levels, to work collaboratively to achieve objectives

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints

  • Be approachable
