About the role:

We are looking for a Account Executive to play a vital role in our team, with an enthusiastic approach to client relations. You will be the first point of contact for all enquires and responsible for handling sales projects from initial enquiry to completion. As part of a creative industry, you will be working directly with leading book publishers, art directors, designers and photographers.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Process inbound sales and general enquires by email.
  2. Create project records and obtain all necessary information from clients.
  3. Provide quotes and negotiate fees, working from established rate agreements and past sales data.
  4. Follow-up clients regarding ongoing projects on a regular basis.
  5. Process project amendments and cancellations.
  6. Generate and send client invoices.
  7. Maintain client records and contact details.
  8. Export and process sales data to produce sales reports.
  9. Liaise with photographers to fulfil client image requests.
  10. Respond to picture research requests, providing suitable image suggestions.
  11. Add relevant Keyword meta-data to images.
  12. Assist with client research, and send sales and marketing emails.

Your skills range:

  1. Excellent Computer literacy – Word, Excel, data entry.
  2. Excellent Verbal and written communications skills.
  3. Organisational skills – time management, and ability to prioritise.
  4. Ability to maintain and grow client relationships.
  5. Flexible attitude/approach - willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks.
  6. Preferable degree level or equivalent higher education.
  7. Experience of working in an office/sales environment
