An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of People & Culture to develop and deliver our people strategy. You will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the organisation by creating a fantastic employee experience and developing our culture. 

The ideal candidate will have experience operating within a technology / creative environment where they have worked closely with leadership to develop people strategy and also oversee all HR operations. The role is flexible, full or part time and can work around school hours if needed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CEO and Operations Director to develop a business aligned people strategy to drive employee engagement, capability and performance.

  • Foster an inclusive culture, embed company values and implement a range of employee wellbeing initiatives.

  • Refine HR processes and procedures and implement best practices.

  • Ensure that the company’s procedures comply with employment regulations.

  • Develop talent acquisition and development infrastructure.

  • Lead on appraisals, performance and reward process.

  • Provide coaching to managers and leaders to support employees and ensure solid channels of communication.

 

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Senior-level HR experience with a strong track-record of delivering strategic and operational HR.

  • Proven track record of building successful team cultures that enables us to work effectively and efficiently whilst maximising staff well-being and levels of engagement.

  • Inspirational and forward-thinking leader who is comfortable with developing and empowering staff.

  • Experience of developing and delivering HR projects, initiatives and change – strong strategic thinking coupled with good project management skills and a proven ability to execute.

  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to take own initiative and work under own direction.

  • High level of energy with an entrepreneurial flair and the determination to make a real impact on business performance.

Experience working within a creative / technology agency environment
