The Person

We are looking for a super organised administrative all rounder, with a good background in similar roles. Will have experience in an operations and finance role.

You should be someone friendly, positive, and confident to run the day to admin for our busy creative digital studio. The role will be varied so a flexibility is key.

Working directly with the Managing Director, we’re looking for a candidate who is trustworthy and dependable. You must have experience of our existing systems or similar, but have the confidence to identify where we can do better, and develop solutions and implement process to keep the office ticking along. 

We’re a small team, so there will be opportunities a plenty to muck in and contribute to other aspects of our work. 

You must have fantastic interpersonal skills both internally and externally. You will have had experience in similar roles, or perhaps have had a leadership position in the past but are now looking for change.


  • Finance Liaising with Payroll, Bookkeeping, Tax returns, invoicing and supplier payments and reconcilliation. Help with prepping annual accounts. Preparation of monthly management reports. Understanding of P&L.

  • HR, Managing holiday requests. Onboarding of new staff, assist with recruitment. Maintaining and updating our HR system. Day to Day liaising with staff about HR needs and escalating as necessary. Ensuring all HR related policies are kept up to date, and personnel files. Reasonable understanding of Health & Safety practices.  Help to maintain our culture - cycle to work scheme, Childcare vouchers, Jolly team building budget, beer o’clock, Birthdays and company milestones.

  • Office Admin: Managing office facilities - Purchasing office equipment and supplies. Managing the relationship with our external providers, utilities cleaner, waste removal, alarm, building lease, fire extinguishers etc. Responsible for Risk assessment, and keeping the office in good working order. Dealing with post, general bills.




• Diary management, travel arrangements & sourcing accommodation 

• Organising company events

• Research, proofing & writing

• Acting as a face of the company whilst greeting guests 

• Dealing with correspondence and queries 

• Liaison with IT support provider - specifically dealing with any day-to-day issues, onboarding staff and freelancers, supply and upkeep of laptops devices, ensuring Data Protection policies are adhered to.

The company is currently working mostly remotely, with limited a number of staff going in, the office is large enough for social distancing to be maintained throughout.

The future plan is to move to flexible working with 2 days out of 3 being fixed office days and the rest Optional to Work from home or come in. We are following the latest scientific advice, and watching the situation closely, nobody is currently being asked to work in the office if they do not wish to. We are also supporting our staff with Home office equipment if they don't have a suitable set up at home.
