CommsLearning are specialists in bespoke eLearning design and development. With our team working nearly two decades in the game, we’re masters of the learner experience and are skilled in the latest technologies. We create online training courses for big businesses globally. Our clients are the experts in their field, we are experts in taking their knowledge and transforming it into a rich and engaging learning experience.

We LOVE where we work in the funky Platf9rm office in central Brighton as this suits the tech/creative and fast moving nature of our work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working on commercial eLearning development projects, following a confirmed development/design process, using industry-standard media and eLearning authoring tools creating content as per the client’s requirements.

  • Becoming familiar (if not already) with the eLearning environment and software packages.

  • Taking a key role in projects that contribute to the production of animations/videos/graphics that can be accessed through various media to enhance learning and experience, and to promote the use of eLearning and blended learning.

  • Liaising with clients through all stages of a project, building relationships and ensuring that the service provides high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Proactively reviewing processes, procedures and practices to ensure that the needs and expectations of relevant stakeholders are met.

  • Undertake learning material research, development and integration into our LMS, involving outsourcing to specialist virtualisation and multimedia development and multimedia providers as required.

  • Managing own time effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Working co-operatively as part of a team, maintaining effective relationships with others, internally and externally.

  • Any other reasonable duties that may be allocated from time to time.

As a business we are entering a very exciting growth phase as online learning has taken off throughout the pandemic and it seems like it’s here to stay. We need someone who is up for the challenge to join us on the next phase of our journey.
