During this fixed term contract, you will be based remotely (at home) with the flexibiliity to attend office space in London and Haywards Heath.

Are you looking for a new role that will help to shape the future of schools?

Do you have experience in the development and delivery of communications and social media strategies?

Are you a skilled copywriter with experience of product, service and content marketing with a flair for all things digital?

Job Summary

You will be responsible for creating and managing digital content across NAHT’s website and other digital channels, ensuring that content is engaging and tailored to NAHT audiences; working with colleagues to ensure our channels follows best practice and deliver for our members and stakeholders; and planning and managing the delivery of campaigns and communications projects.

You will oversee NAHT’s social media offering, driving and delivering a strategy which sees the association maximise its potential on social platforms and extend its reach.

Person Specification

We are looking for a talented, self-motivated communications and channel management professional with a passion for education. You’ll have highly developed literacy and numeracy skills, be delivery focused and have experience of working in an academic or office setting.

Strong communicator with a passion for high quality content and maximum reader engagement are essential for this role.
