Who You Are 

Your key roles and responsibilities will be working with the Production team to onboard new clients, bring in new projects and maintain client relationships. You will play an essential role in the researching and pitch development process as well as day-to-day support throughout production.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Supporting Producers with necessary day-to-day tasks

  • Upkeep of assets and digital asset trackers

  • Monitoring and updating media sharing platforms and their usage

  • Project research - consolidating project background information, sourcing reviews, pulling comparable examples and writing notes on these for producers

  • Sourcing images, gifs, or stock footage for presentations

  • Helping build presentations and Supporting Producers on this where needed

  • Monitoring and actioning centralised email inboxes so that the correct stakeholders get the required information

  • Maintaining Schedules and diaries for the Production Team 

  • Proofing presentations and double-checking QC on all assets delivered to clients

  • Self-motivated and diligent with a professional manner

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Technically savvy and up to date with industry good practices

  • Good working knowledge of Gdrive and Google Slides, especially building presentations

  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop would be useful

  • Basic Knowledge of InDesign would be useful

  • Basic Knowledge of AfterEffects useful
