We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and efficient artworker to join our Customer Accounts Team.

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specialising in made-to-order clothing. We combine technology, great design and second-to-none customer service to deliver fun, personal and high quality products.

We are currently scaling up our team to manage increased customer demand.

The Role
Our Customer Accounts Team guide our large and varied client-base through our order process from sale to delivery. Artworkers work closely with a team of account managers to produce graphic designs to spec for client mockups, print and embroidery.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Strong working knowledge and experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite - with vector graphics and Adobe Illustrator in particular.

  • An impeccable eye-for-detail.

  • A creative flair and ability to work in a wide array of styles.

  • Strong all-round technical mindset and ability.

  • A good team-player and willingness to 'pitch in' whenever necessary.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Excellent time-management and flexible to work overtime to meet deadlines.

  • College and university leavers with relevant qualifications welcome to apply.

Where you'll be working
We are based in Burgess Hill, UK. However, like all companies, we are adjusting the realities of the post-Covid-19 world, and what this means for the office both in the short and long term.

For the duration of the contract it will be optional to work either on-site or remotely, with the occasional in-person meeting required in the office. On-site on-boarding and training will be preferred.
