Using proprietary audience planning technology aligned with business goals, aip develops bespoke integrated media solutions for brands.
The truth is, focusing on media channels, CPMs, cookies, or impressions is a mistake made far too often. It leads to high-frequency, low-quality and low-impact campaigns that annoy people and are subsequently forgotten.

We believe anything is possible and need people to help us achieve it. Working alongside the new business, client planning and craft teams, you will be intrinsic to our growth as we accelerate out of our startup phase into a mature and growing agency. You’ll need to understand our growth plans and have an instinct for knowing which clients and budgets make sense for where we are.
You’ll need to get to know our key differentiators, our tone and language, and how to express these to potential new clients. You’ll need to have a similar understanding of those clients and be able to communicate their needs to our craft and account teams. Most importantly, you’ll need to develop a feel for when both brands align on culture, values and ambition - because we do our best work when we partner with clients as adventurous as we are.
The role is intended to be part time (2.5 days per week) initially - although you will be encouraged to carve a niche for yourself in the agency and become essential to what we do.
Actively develop our bid and tender strategy - and put it into practice
Identify opportunities to submit bids and feed into qualification and decision making
Project managing bids to make sure your colleagues understand what’s needed of them
Researching, writing and checking proposals
Working with key members of the leadership, craft and account teams to gather necessary knowledge and resource to compile amazing bids
Leading and collaborating on written content, commercial responses, legal documentation and other bid requirements
Assessing and addressing risks and benefits of pursuing certain tenders
Responding to clients’ and other stakeholders’ queries before, during and after the bid process
Owning deliverables, liaising with subject matter experts and ensuring deadlines are met
When we are successful (which will be a lot) - handing over and briefing the teams who will carry out the work
When we’re not successful on a bid (it happens to the best of us) gather feedback, analyse results and make sure we learn from our mistakes so each submission is better than the last
Owning QA and making sure that everything we produce and submit during the bid process always speaks to our best values.
