Email Marketing & Customer Insights

Planning, creating, delivering and monitoring performance of all email content to help to grow the business and generate income. The ideal candidate is proficient in and passionate about digital marketing, and enthusiastically identifies, recommends, and implements measurable strategies for future campaigns based on in-depth analysis of results.

Requirements:

  • Developing engaging, impactful, and personalised automated email campaigns that drive retention and loyalty to meet team KPIs
  • Design creative and engaging content for campaigns using our ESP, Ometria
  • Drive email strategy and campaign planning by analysing performance and KPIs
  • Introduce best practices for list management and deliverability
  • Lead and execute strategy and campaign planning by analysing performance and KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Provide recommendations to the wider marketing team for new and existing campaigns including flows, and other campaigns which trigger the automation process
  • Create A/B tests for campaign optimisation on numerous devices and platforms
  • Monitor email list health and segmentation strategy
  • Segment audiences based on predefined attributes and demographic data
  • Measure results and optimise the lead nurturing email flows
  • An excellent communicator with great organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in CRM campaign management and customer analysis tools
  • Exceptional analytical skills. As a data led role, the candidate should have a hunger for insights and an inquisitive nature with the ability to cascade digestible information and lead action
  • Experience with ESPs, preferably Ometria
  • Working knowledge of graphics packages including Photoshop would be helpful
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong learning capabilities, agility and a consumer focus mind-set are crucial to succeed
  • Experience using detailed facets of Excel and VBA required to maintain analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Good knowledge of email marketing trends and innovation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and great time management skills
  • A team player with a pro-active mindset alongside a positive, can-do attitude
  • A keen interest in beauty and a good understanding of beauty retailers and consumers a plus
