Dash - Growth Marketing Manager

Who we are and what we will offer you

At Bright, we believe in making working days more inspiring, for both our clients and us. That’s why we built Dash!

Dash is the effortless Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool that helps marketers and content teams get hold of the right video, image, or file quickly and easily and share it with the world in seconds.

We pride ourselves on our culture at Bright - we’re committed to diversity and inclusion and have won awards from Great Place to Work. Our offices are based in the vibrant North Laine area of Brighton, with stunning views of the sea and the South Downs - so you can answer your emails whilst watching the waves roll by. We’ve worked hard on maintaining our friendly, collaborative office culture while we adjusted to remote working and are proud to have embraced hybrid working. In short, we’ll support you to work in the way that suits you best, whether that’s remotely or in the office.

Aside from our supportive and collaborative work environment, we offer a range of great benefits including 25 days holiday, flexible work hours, income protection and monthly wellness contribution. Our company-funded socials are the talk of the town, and you’d be welcome to join the monthly lunch club. We’ll also send occasional goodies in the post (because we like to spoil you!). We are particularly proud of our profit share scheme that ensures everyone benefits from our success.

The role

We’ve got big plans for Dash and, joining as the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play an essential part in helping Dash grow. Dash’s demand generation strategy will be yours to create and own as we prepare to launch our new marketing site in early 2022.

This role will require someone who’s creative, strategic and driven by results. You’ll be hands-on running and optimising paid ad campaigns and looking after website CRO. You’ll enjoy dreaming up new ways to reach Dash’s target audience, whilst running experiments to test your ideas and optimise what’s already working.

Who we’re looking for

If you’ve got a strong track record in B2B/SaaS demand generation and are looking for your next opportunity, then we’d love to hear from you!

Ideally you will:

  • Have at least 3 years experience working in a growth/demand gen role with a successful track record of helping to grow quality leads for a B2B/SaaS business.

  • Have deep knowledge of paid search and social strategies using platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram etc.

  • Be an effective strategist, able to create demand generation campaigns to meet business goals

  • Use data to test ideas and drive decisions, being very comfortable with analytics

  • Understand Dash’s ideal audience, figuring out where they hang out, what they’re influenced by, and the best way to reach them

  • Be expert on how to best optimise activities to generate high-quality free trial leads

  • Be self-starting, curious and creative - full of new ideas you’d love to try

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Managing Dash’s paid advertising campaigns across search, review sites and social, continuously optimising and trying new experiments

  • Running effective lead-generation campaigns which target Dash’s ideal audience

  • Monitoring website CRO and lead funnels, implementing changes to better improve free trial and demo conversion rates across channels

  • Experimenting regularly with A/B tests throughout new and existing channels to build a better picture of what is working

  • Becoming the in-house expert on how to break into new, promising markets and audience groups

  • Researching and set up mutually-beneficial partnerships to drive leads

  • Reporting on lead generation performance, pulling out key trends and insight

  • Managing the  budget for lead generation, ensuring activity returns on investment

We’re a cross-functional team of talented and committed people all excited to be making Dash a success. We’d love for you to join us :-)

Our goal is to find the right person for the role so we are keeping the salary range broad. £45-£65k (depending on your experience) plus profit share.
