Office Assistant

Thrive Wearables create world changing health and wellness wearable technology. We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Assistant who is proactive, solution driven, innovative and able to provide a great place to work for our fast-growing team.

About the role (part time/3 days per week)

  • Maintain an organised, clutter-free and immaculately presented office environment
  • Ensure the office is well stocked with stationery, general office equipment and snacks
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Support the wider team with UK and international courier bookings
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements for the wider team
  • Liaison with external suppliers for the purpose of facilities management
  • Participate in the employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assistance with health & safety administration
  • Establish and maintain relationships with office suppliers
  • Support with other general office administrative duties as and when required
  • Internal activities - we expect everyone to be engaged in internal activities that support our culture
