Digital Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an in-house Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing business, to increase commercial revenue & ROI across our digital marketing channels. 

We are hoping to employ an energetic, savvy marketeer to run our digital business: You will have a passion for ethical, handmade and authentic tribal jewellery and a keen interest in alternative jewellery, body jewellery and piercings.

We are looking for someone who is confident in managing competing priorities and is equally good at strategy and execution of marketing tasks. The role requires proven creativity and the ability to deliver fresh and impactful campaigns.

About Tribalik

Tribalik is a world renowned innovative jewellery brand based in the seaside town of Brighton in England. It was started by partnership, Sarah and Diego, over 15 years ago. Tribalik consists of four shops and a rapidly increasing online presence as a body jewellery boutique housing the most distinctive designs.

  • Maintaining, monitoring and developing the website to increase traffic and sales

  • Creation and ownership of a content calendar ensuring we are working in an efficient and effective way to deliver engaging content to our audience  

  • Be a brand guardian, ensuring brand guidelines & tone of voice are adhered to in all content

  • Managing the Tribalik social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) on a daily basis, including publishing posts and responding to comments

  • Growing and developing our social media engagement with a view to increasing revenue

  • Help set and deliver on KPI’s for engagement and conversion

  • Conduct extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance in regards to SEO

  • Building and sending weekly Mailchimp email marketing campaigns as well as reporting on performance

  • Managing all brand partnerships and influencer activity

  • Writing content for the website, blog and all social media profiles

  • Visual content creation - video editing, social media graphics, website content etc (Canva)

  • Quarterly marketing report to feed back on activity and results to Directors

  • Collaborate with external agency on delivery of paid advertising with a potential to bringing these duties in-house/increasing job role

  • Occasionally help us with online order fulfillment at busy times, if and when required

Work alongside our Marketing Consultant


  • 5+ years experience in a senior digital marketing role

  • Marketing/Media related Degree education desirable

  • Self starter who is prepared to help carve out this new role in our growing business

  • Have previous experience working for a B2C brand in a digital landscape

  • Proven experience in creating brand content and campaigns specifically for social media across multiple products 

  • Previously owned the end-to-end project lifecycle of content creation, social media strategy and execution with clear evidence of ROI

  • Experience in Shopify platform (desired)

  • Good understanding of Google Analytics

  • Experience with Mailchimp




We can offer a competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 pro rata, dependant on experience.
