An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative project coordinator to join our team, helping us to deliver innovative branding solutions to our clients. You will assist on a variety of projects, including global and UK based office rebrands.

About us

We are a busy large format print production company working on a wide range of projects from small to multi-national graphics projects. From our office base in Peacehaven we produce a wide range of large format printed graphics that we either ship or install, for a diverse range of clients.

Our production facility features some of the most advanced printing and graphic production equipment available, which enables us to turn even the most ambitious creative ideas into reality. We work on a range of projects, which can include workspace branding all the way through to museums and galleries.

The Role

You will assist in projects from the initial client brief through ideation, project scoping, production, and delivery. You will work with our excellent Artworking, Quoting and Production teams to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

We have a great team of people that will help and support you. You will work together to make sure each team is well briefed and aligned on project requirements, allowing for our clients to get the best possible service.

You will be a support for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and conveyed effectively across multiple accounts.

Main responsibilities

  • Attend client meetings and take briefs and to oversee project progress
  • Attend daily phone calls / video call meetings with clients
  • Produce plans for project installation and provide regular updates to client / management
  • Managing client budgets where applicable
  • Assisting with client enquiries
  • Job scheduling
  • Work with our Quoting team to produce paperwork for project based global shipments
  • Installation scheduling - including arranging appropriate access paperwork

The role is initially for maternity cover but we are expecting the role to become a permanent position.

  • Project based experience is desirable but not essential
  • Experience using Adobe Creative suite
