We have Big Small clients too - from global brands such as American Express, Amazon and Uber to smaller regional and national businesses which could be the Amazon of tomorrow. Our work includes marketing planning, tactical campaigns, brand identities, advertising, website design and digital marketing support.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a new Account Manager to join our busy team. This role will be working across a diverse range of projects and clients. – both global blue chip and local smaller businesses.  To be right for this role, you must be self-motivated person with a positive disposition. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent contact in order to ensure that we stay relevant and front of mind.
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about the businesses and able to demonstrate to clients how we can contribute to the success of their marketing as a whole
  • Day to day liaison with clients, taking briefs, producing timescales and budgets and managing projects through feedback and amends to completion

Who you are

  • Skilled at interpreting the requirements from a client brief and able to produce creative briefs that can be understood meaningfully by the creative team to deliver the highest quality of response.
  • Good at evaluating creative work; able to give constructive feedback to ensure that the output is developed to meet the client’s business objectives.
  • You have a positive, personable, and proactive approach, great at making sure everything happens when and as it should.
  • Good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • You’re an excellent communicator (both written and verbal).
  • Sound commercial awareness, helping you understand our client’s needs
  • Effective presentation skills and numerically literate

Your experience

  • Minimum 2 years Account Manager experience
  • Direct client service experience
  • Proven track record of client success
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
