Junior Digital Account Manager

Due to the growth of our business, we are seeking a Junior Digital Account Manager to join our small team in central Brighton. Working closely and collaboratively with a team of developers, designers, UX specialists and strategists, you will be supporting our existing account managers in providing support and guidance for our retained clients.

We are looking for a natural communicator, with a real passion for all things digital, someone who is curious, willing to learn, proactive, with a calm and confident approach to their work.

As well as managing and delivering projects, you will be contributing to ideation and brainstorming sessions and helping to form marketing, content, and SEO strategy for our clients. As a small team, we are looking for someone willing to muck in where necessary and support the team where they can.

As a junior member of the team, we expect to be training and mentoring you in your first few months working with us, and we will be looking for someone with great communication and organisational skills over technical knowledge.

What you will be doing day to day:

  • Client liaison – you will be the first point of contact for the clients you manage.

  • Supporting the Retainer Accounts team by helping to produce analytics and SEO reports, completing administrative tasks and making updates to our clients’ websites.

  • Input into marketing strategies – for clients as well as the Liquid Light marketing output.

  • Briefing and scoping work with the Design and Development teams, prioritising tasks, and ensuring work is on schedule.

  • Contributing to company ideation sessions.

  • Contributing to clients’ content strategy.
