Paid Media Executive

As a Paid Media Executive, you will work closely with our experienced marketing team and play a key role in the future success of the business. We are looking for someone with knowledge of paid social/native advertising and is hungry to grow in this innovative sector.

Initially you will be working on internal projects, showing your creativity and most importantly the focus of the role will be to work on running and optimising our current social and native campaigns. The ideal candidate will be someone that has 1 or more years experience within paid social/native advertising, willing to learn and is hungry to achieve.

You will work with the team on:

  • Creation of social media content for clients (across Instagram, Twitter & Facebook)
  • Manage paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat
  • Manage paid native advertising campaigns on Taboola, Bing and Google
  • Uploading, monitoring & analysing social media content and campaigns
  • Managing company social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram)
  • Assisting with the delivery of regular new business comms to key audiences, including prospects and existing clients
  • Working with the team on ongoing new business strategies, including the delivery of proactive / outbound activity

Key requirements:

  • 1 year experience in paid social or native advertising
  • A creative eye with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills - you will be working on multiple projects at the same time
  • Punctuality and ability to manage workload effectively

Preferred skills, although not essential:

  • Ability to use Photoshop and other adobe applications
  • Any knowledge of web design


  • Performance Based Bonuses/Profit sharing ontop of salary 
  • £22,000 - £25,000+ - Depending On Candidate
