Our collections are responsibly made in a lovely, GOTS certified factory in sunny southern Turkey and our clothes mindfully designed so they are functional, versatile and timeless.

In 2021 will be celebrating our 20th anniversary and we are looking for a bright, confident, and skilled Social Media Executive to grow the Asquith Brand and share our vision, values and messaging across all our channels.

We are a small team and growing team of female freelancers. We are looking for someone who’s a team player, someone who’s up for a challenge, creative and enthusiastic about the role. Someone who can take ownership and accountability and someone who wants to grow with us as the company scales.

This is a ‘work from home’ position but occasional travel into London may be required for team meetings, quarterly strategies, photoshoots and other matters related to your role.

Time allocation: 1.5 days a week

How this breaks down:

  • 1 day fixed a week

  • The remaining 0.5 days split across the week so that you can sufficiently manage the

    social channels; upload content, respond to customers queries and engage daily etc.


Tasks, duties, and responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of the Asquith social media channels across comms, community management, communicating with customers, copywriting, calendar planning, content planning, campaign planning, creating and repurposing content and creative idea generation aligned with the brand guidelines, look and feel and tone of voice.

  • Monthly reports

  • You will support the marketing manager with admin with the below:

-  The day-to-day management of the Asquith Affiliate program

-  Influencer outreach

-  Competitions and collaborations

-  Blog writing and uploading

-  Increase of followers and brand awareness in line with marketing campaigns

-  Working with our PR team and other third-party resources

-  Research and general day-to-day admin


Required Skills

  • 2-5 years’ experience of social media management across brand and / or fashion

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Great communication skills.

  • Customer service skills

  • Basic photography skills

  • Proficient with Illustrator or Canva

  • Knowledge of paid social

  • Experience with Sprout Social or another social media scheduling platform

  • Strong initiative and a can-do, confident approach to projects

  • Keen attention to detail and managing budgets where applicable

  • Ability to keep within timelines and stick to deadlines

  • Organised, efficient and must have an eye for detail
