<p><strong>ROLE TITLE:</strong> Account Manager</p> <p><strong>REPORTS TO:</strong> Business Development Director</p> <p><strong>TEAM:</strong> Accounts &amp; Business Development</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBLE FOR: </strong>Acting as a link between the company and the client, responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and communicating clearly to all those involved, both internally and externally.</p> <p><strong>HOURS: </strong>40 hours per week Mon to Fri; occasional requirement to work outside of these hours to meet deadlines.</p> <p><strong>SUMMARY: </strong>The post holder will strive to understand their clients goals and assist with devising a monitor process maintaining campaign to meet clients brief and budget regular contact with the client. The post holder will manage a number of non-competing accounts at the same time.</p> <p><strong>CAREER PROGRESSION: </strong>With experience you could progress to become a Senior Account Manager - internally this would depend on availability of vacancies or company growth.</p> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;</strong>Range of work experience in a media, marketing, communications or sales environment<br /> Experience at working successfully and collaboratively in a team</p> <p><strong>Brand Marketing / Company Knowledge:&nbsp;</strong><br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Demonstrates understanding of a clients&#39; business and culture<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Demonstrates an understanding of key industry trends<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Is aware of Be The Fox&#39;s strategic objectives<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Creative Contribution / Advertising Savvy:&nbsp;</strong><br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assist the Be The Fox teams to formulate marketing strategies<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Can confidently present creative work and project plans to clients for their approval or modification</p> <p><br /> <strong>Client Relations / Communication&nbsp;</strong><br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Works closely with Be The Fox colleagues to devise advertising campaign that meets the client&#39;s brief and budget<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Presenting, alongside colleagues, campaign ideas and budget to clients<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the company by maintaining regular contact<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Identifying clients&rsquo; changing business needs and communicating that to the management team.<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensuring communication flows effectively<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Negotiating with clients and company colleagues about the details of campaigns and ensuring deadlines are met<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assisting with managing campaign costs, budgets and invoicing clients<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assisting with writing client reports<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assisting with the evaluation and monitoring of the effectiveness of campaigns<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assisting with making pitches to win new business<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Attends and contributes to meetings</p> <p><br /> <strong>Strategic &amp; Tactical Planning</strong><br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for the day to day communications regarding progress of accounts<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Contributes to finding solutions to problems and thinks creatively about how to tackle projects<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Is willing to develop the skills of making decisions, taking accountability for decision making and ownership of work tasks.</p> <p><br /> <strong>Financial Acumen</strong><br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Demonstrates good business sense and the ability to work within budgets<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Shows accuracy and attention to detail<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Produces information to assist with invoicing in a timely manner<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Demonstrates project management skills and awareness of efficient use of studio resources and time</p> <p><br /> <strong>Interpersonal / Leadership Skills</strong><br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Demonstrates excellent &#39;people skills&#39; with the ability to work productively and professionally with a range of colleagues and clients<br /> -&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Shows professionalism with warmth and friendliness</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About Be The Fox</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Be The Fox is an award-winning Brighton-based creative production agency for brands.</p> <p>We work with global brands including British Airways, Ford, Bulldog Skincare, Nissan, EDF, Samsung and Thames Water.</p> <p>From strategy to creative concepting, through to beautifully-crafted content and broadcast projects, our team of producers, directors, editors and strategists regularly move heaven and earth to help our clients realise their business objectives.</p> <p>We are an inclusive female-led company based in the heart of Brighton&rsquo;s North Laine.
