Ecommerce Executive

We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to support our Ecommerce department so as to maximise revenue and profit from our online channel.  In addition we require you to specifically project manage web development projects for Higher Nature, Peppersmith and our Digital Defence brand. Reporting to our Direct Sales Manager you will undertake the following:

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the Higher Nature website migration project (with the support of the Direct Sales Manager) to successfully re-platform the transactional ecommerce site over to Shopify
• Upload new product information across Consumer UK, Practitioner, and Trade
• Deliver regular project updates and insights to the Direct Sales Manager
• To conduct regular market research to inform best practise and optimisation opportunities
• Provide ecommerce support to internal department enquiries
• Manage our long form blog content, to include; developing a content schedule, liaising with our in-house nutritional experts, curating supporting assets, proof reading, customisation and uploading of content, and seeking final sign off
• Update website content in line with campaign plan – banners, graphics, curated pages
• Identify and develop quality link building opportunities across our three brands.
• Prepare and implement a consumer email programme in line with campaign plans and as advised by the Direct Sales Manager. Brief internal designer on graphic requirements
• Report on email campaign performance – volume, open, clicks, and conversion rates
• Support the management of our affiliate programmes, including the approval of commissions, recruiting new advertisers, and exploring promotional opportunities

Hours and Place of Work:

• Based in our office in Horam
• Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
