The Agency Collective is the world’s best peer support community for agency owners. Our members are a close-knit bunch of caring, giving and talented people seeking to learn and support each other as they grow their businesses. You’ll be joining a team that is currently helping over 750 agency owners and senior leaders with the everyday challenges of running an agency.
We have some huge plans as we push to change our industry, helping agency owners run happier, healthier agencies that have a positive impact on our world. We are looking at making change for Women in Agencies, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and supporting Profit with Purpose and Sustainability
As our Marketing Manager, your job is to shape our marketing strategy and lead it to spread the word about the great work we do, helping us find more fantastic members to join our amazing community.
Who we’re looking for
We need someone who can crack on and take charge, to come up with the ideas, and to see them through. Ideally with at least 5 years B2B experience. You must be super-organised and great at getting things done, as you’ll be responsible for running multiple campaigns and promoting events across all our social media channels, our website, as well as via email, video, and online marketing. We want you to think outside the box and to push us further.
You’ll have a creative side, which you’ll use to produce written content and design assets to bring our community to life, sharing stories and thought-provoking pieces that lead the debate on key topics affecting the industry.
You’ll also have an analytical mind, keeping track of key performance indicators relating to our marketing as a whole, as well as how individual campaigns are performing.
You’ll love working as part of a team, as you’ll be liaising with the sales team and our community manager to help support the work they do, including organising and increasing awareness of the fantastic events we run.
