Digital Service Design Lead

Salary: £16,103.00 to £20,884.00 (Depending on Grade and Hours)

Hours per week: 18.5-22.5 hours per week. 

Working pattern: Spread over 3 days, can be flexible (Wednesday is a key day).

Location: This role can be based in Littlehampton, Worthing or Southwick (with travel between sites and some home working flexibility).

In this role you will take responsibility for leading the planning and delivery of a range of digital service development and design projects actively involving our service users throughout the process. There will be lots of opportunity to use your creativity, ideas and problem solving to lead this work. We really welcome applications from individuals who have been working in a corporate or business setting and wish to make a sector change but some knowledge and experience of working in a relevant charity or mental health setting is desirable.

Please note this is not a digital marketing or communications role (although this experience may be relevant) and we are looking for someone with strong credentials in the area of service design.
