About the role

To further support our growth, we are seeking a hands-on, sales-orientated, driven and organised Channel Partner Manager to develop and execute our partner programmes. This role will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing Totara partners focused on the EMEA market. A primary objective will be building our market share within the largest European markets, diversifying and broadening our partner base, while also increasing revenues per partner across our existing network.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and one other language (for example French, Italian and/or Spanish), and have prior experience in building successful channel partner relationships within the European learning technology industry, specifically the talent and learning management software sectors.

You will have an entrepreneurial mind-set and thrive in early-stage high growth environments, having the confidence, skill-sets and can-do attitude to make a difference. You will also be able to demonstrate an understanding and passion for Totara’s mission.

The role is based in the UK, working remotely, and, when required, from our office in Brighton.
