THE ROLE
This is the perfect role for a data-led, creative paid media professional that wants to be hands-on with the management of cross-platform paid advertising campaigns.
We’re looking for a paid advertising enthusiast who is organised, creative, analytical and will be comfortable in discussing paid media practices directly with our clients.
If you’ve ~3 years’ of paid media experience, are self-sufficient and enjoy working cross-platform and cross-industry, we’d love to speak with you.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Configuring and restructuring advertising accounts (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and social media ad platforms)
- Continuous analysis, optimisation and reporting of paid media campaigns
- Leading the paid media contribution to our client marketing strategies
- Leading the paid media contribution to our new business pitches
- Identifying, understanding and documenting our client’s paid media objectives
- Uncovering our client’s paid media assumptions, motivations and resources
- Configuring new ad campaigns and ads
- Creating paid media ads (copy and assets) in collaboration with our Head of Creative and other third parties
- Communicating paid media performance in regular review meetings and client calls
- Sharing new paid media practices and trends with our team and clients
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Approximately 3 years of paid media experience, with ideally at least 1 year agency-side
- Proficient in managing the breadth of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaign types, including Shopping, Display, Video and Remarketing
- Experience in managing paid media budgets of >£10k per month
- Demonstrable paid social advertising experience (preferably Facebook, Twitter and/or LinkedIn)
- Experience in creating and presenting paid media performance reports
- Evidence of having improved paid media performance over a sustained period (at least 6 months)
- Experienced in leading paid media pitches and communicating the value of paid media
- Able to clearly demonstrate paid media processes, including account auditing, ad creation and optimisation strategies
- Experience in surfacing performance insights from paid media data
