We are looking for an enthusiastic entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Our mission is to be the outbound lead for the sales and marketing team, following up on Marketing campaigns and driving up engagement in prospective clients. You will tailor the Elucidat message to generate leads and pipeline for the sales team to close.

We are looking for someone who can...

  • Become a channel of communication to our sales and marketing teams by working to test sales messaging, refine our value proposition and executing our go-to-market strategy

  • Driving quality outbound engagement with potential clients every single day across various channels (telephone, email, video, social)

  • Leading your own research to identify key decision-makers and reaching out with deeply-personalised and attention-grabbing messages and calls to action

  • Growing beyond a typical SDR, by being involved in projects to help scale the SDR and sales teams.

  • Leveraging Elucidat's powerful network of company founders, customers and partners to establish new connections at prospect accounts

  • Mastering our technology stack & CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, Planhat and Salesloft) to analyse your own performance through activity and metrics

  • Embed the values of ‘learn, care, share’ in your day to day work ethic

Your Development

Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday. Rota system in place to accommodate coverage of EMEA, US and APAC regions.

Location: Brighton Office minimum 4 days a week for the first 90 days during training and onboarding period - more flexibility in work schedule following this period. 

Salary: £25,000 per annum basic + £10,000 OTE.
