Pebblebeach is a highly successful fundraising agency and consultancy with bases in Brighton and Belfast. We work with charities and hospices across the UK and Republic of Ireland creating fantastic campaigns that deliver astonishing results.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we’re looking for an Account Executive to become an essential part of our ambitious team, helping to raise vital funds for some wonderful causes. Our ideal candidate will be good with people – a confident talker, an expert listener and happy to communicate with others from all walks of life. You’ll have a strong interest in charities and hospices and understand the benefits they bring to communities.

You’ll be supporting the campaigns team to get our brilliant fundraising appeals out of the door. You’ll play a crucial role in making sure things with clients as well as within the office tick over smoothly; not one day will be the same, so you won’t get bored! We’re looking for someone who is happy to get stuck into tasks, keen to learn the Pebblebeach ropes.

Prior experience working in administration, fundraising or the third sector would be advantageous, but not essential. What’s most important, is that you’re a willing team player, a flexible thinker and eager to evolve and progress within the Pebblebeach team. And in return, we’ll ensure your development is supported.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anybody that wants to learn how to manage accounts (there is plenty of scope for career progression!) and gain in-depth knowledge of the charity sector.

If this sounds like you, then come join us to put your whizzy organisational and people skills to great use – helping to drive change and deliver action for some truly inspirational charities.

What you can expect

  • The chance to work on inspirational charity campaigns, raising huge sums for awesome organisations
  • 25 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays (and a discretionary three days at Christmas)
  • Personalised training and development opportunities
  • A fun working atmosphere
  • Lovely colleagues
  • Summer and winter company-wide outings (Covid allowing, of course)
  • Occasional POETS Fridays
  • Plenty of biscuits

This role is based in the Brighton office.

We are proud of our exceptional staff retention – thanks to our work and play culture, alongside some quirky and personal benefits. We expect hard work but enjoy delivering award-winning fundraising and seeing the impact it makes in the real world. We respect individuals and maintain an environment that is fun, flexible to personal needs, progressive and ambitious.

To apply, please send your CV along with a one-page covering letter explaining why you want to join our team to opportunities@pebblebeachfundraising.

Applications close at 5pm on 30th June 2022. Early applications are encouraged as interviews may be held in advance of the closing deadline.
