Social Media & Content Assistant

Bare Biology is a sustainable supplement brand based in central Brighton, selling both direct to consumer through ecommerce, and to retailers including Selfridges, Planet Organic, Whole Foods, Harrods, John Bell & Croyden, and more.

We're a luxury brand and everything we do must be of the highest standard. We’re looking for someone who can champion our culture of excellent customer service and has a genuine passion for creating content. 

Working closely with our Head of Content & Community, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating, planning and delivering social media campaigns across all channels with a heavy focus on Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin (potentially TikTok in the future)

  • Nurturing our growing social community by staying active on social channels and engaging with our audience

  • Working closely with the wider business including the customer service team with any feedback from our followers 

  • Creating and editing videos and imagery for organic and paid social 

  • Creating reels, IGTVs and managing IG lives

  • Utilising user generated content and finding ways to encourage more

  • Repurposing content to suit every social channel

  • Assisting in the production of assets for our retail partners

  • Responding to all customer questions and comments via social channels

  • Proactively identifying new social trends / platforms

  • Identifying influential people/brands/PR opportunities via social channels

  • Assisting with brand photoshoots, events, and social opportunities

  • Assisting with PR parcels and influencer gifting


Required skill set:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience using social media channels

  • Skilled communicator and copywriter 

  • Social, interpersonal and networking skills

  • Photography/videography skills

  • Experience using social media monitoring and scheduling platforms (we use Planoly)

  • Familiar with most content creation tools: Photoshop, Final Cut Pro (or video editor of your choice!), Canva…

  • Knowledge of or interest in the health and wellness industry
