As Product Manager for our digital channels, you'll be continuously improving our app and our website to drive quality customer experiences, providing customer value whilst targeting business KPIs including customer satisfaction, avoidable contact reduction, self-serve and journey completion.
You'll lead on impactful change by analysing customer issues and insights and use these to create the right customer solutions, working closely with development and design. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders on value, need, resource and complexity, which includes maintaining and improving existing products, as well as the delivery of innovative solutions.

As Product Manager, you'll be responsible for creating seamless, intuitive customer-centric journeys and solutions across our digital channels and business. Developing and maintaining our suite of products, you'll work closely with other teams across Customers – Digital, and the wider EDF business, who'll input into product solutions.
You’ll identify ways to continuously improve customer experience to drive self-serve, competitiveness & profitability, using insight to challenge existing practices where benefits are clear.
What we’re looking for…
Being a Product Manager at EDF means you put the customer at the heart of everything you do. You’ll understand the importance of monitoring the performance of your journeys and will be accountable for the development of these in your channel.
It's important you champion a test and learn approach and a working towards a ‘pure’ minimum viable product approach.
This is a complex, highly visible role that requires a leader with high levels of energy, resilience, strong networking, stakeholder management, commercial and strategic skills. You'll be able to understand and guide the bigger picture and vision, while working in the detail to achieve goals. You'll have a strong understanding of the full Product Management lifecycle and will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders up to EDF Executive Committee level.
