We’re looking for a talented UX / UI Designer to join the In-House Digital Agency (IHDA). As a small team of UX/UI designers and CRO experts with an ambition to deliver great customer experiences across all our web and mobile applications.

As a core member of the design team, you'll own the end-to-end experience across our digital channels. Crafting user journeys that align to our user experience principles, delivering user interfaces that meet the latest accessibility guidelines, alongside developing and maintaining our design system; the single source of truth for all User Interface components across EDF.
Working alongside internal and external stakeholders, you’ll manage the design process utilising analytics, user research and best practice to identify new opportunities that ensure we deliver the best experience for our customers and the business.
With a collaborative approach, you'll be a great partner to other designers, writers, and your cross-functional teammates. You'll facilitate workshops, and meetings as well as user testing (in-person and online) and seeking feedback.
What your background could look like...
Your experience in a UX / UI role and producing design deliverables for a known brand and/or agency, will be a huge asset in this role. Additionally you'll have transferable skills in these areas:
- Demonstratable understanding of platform-specific patterns (E.g., iOS Human interface guidelines, Android material guidelines)
- Experience developing and maintaining Design Systems
- An understanding of Web Compatibility Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and how they affect the designs you create
- Experience with our primary tools Miro, Figma, Jira, usertesting.com, and Sessioncam.
