Marketing Executive

The CountyClean Group is a leading B2B and B2C environmental services and liquid waste management company, operating across the South and London. We are a progressive and expanding company looking to develop our online presence and generate sales through market branding.

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Executive to:

  • Produce creative ideas or concepts for all marketing campaigns, PR, projects, and advertising ascertaining results to measure all campaigns
  • Production of high-quality content – writing case studies, blogs, photography/videos etc and working with the operational teams on site visits to gather visual content
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter to improve brand awareness
  • Work alongside the external IT consultant on PPC and SEO ensuring all content and strategies are optimised to drive traffic to our website and high-quality enquiries to the sales team. Produce weekly and monthly reports on results and inbound enquiries
  • Assist with ensuring the company website is maintained and content/photos are updated accordingly using WordPress
  • Produce direct mail campaigns by utilising email marketing and traditional methods
  • Organising and ordering branded materials/merchandise as needed
  • Internal comms tasks e.g sending the quarterly internal newsletter, updating email footers and organising in-house/charity events
  • Diligently manage marketing plan and budget
  • Report to the Board of Directors and Senior Sales Managers with regular updates on marketing efforts

Hours of work will be 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday. Based at company headquarters in Eastbourne. Must have a full clean driving license.

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Salary starting from £22,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

Adhoc additional hours for events outside of normal working hours as needed

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Must have a full clean driving license
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills with flair and creativity
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing team player
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as completing directives from managers
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe Suites and/or Canva an advantage
  • Marketing degree or CIM qualification (preferred but not essential if proven experience)
  • B2B or B2C marketing experience (preferred but not essential – post-grads will be considered)
