We are seeking a talented individual to join our Implementation & Partner Management team. The role requires an individual who is methodical, a good communicator and has experience is planning the delivery of a technical solution. You will be responsible for the post sale implementation of the Cyclr application (supported by our team of solutions architects), and for nurturing the relationship with our clients in the long term.

You’re a team player
Our team works across multiple locations. As a result, we live in Slack and video chat to plan, organise, report, test, and generally ensure the smooth progress of projects. You should be able to collect, process, and summarise complex data into effective communication.
Responsibilities

Take ownership of the success of a basket of Partners.

Interpret and understand the Partner’s objectives, and success criteria, in their use of Cyclr.

Manage the implementation process of new Partners post contract signature.

Martial internal resources to help the Partner achieve deployment of the Cyclr application.

Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all team members are actively working toward established milestones.

Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding implementation projects.

Maintain an appropriate cadence of contact with the Partner to monitor satisfaction and engagement and to encourage additional use cases and extend their use of the Cyclr application.

Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.

Own, manage and develop individual Partner plans.

Required skills
-
Demonstrable understanding of technical Project and/or Account Management processes, strategies and methodologies in a Software or SaaS organisation.

Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.

Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
-
Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to predict challenges and proactively set plans to resolve such.
Desirable skills/experiences
-
Degree in Project Management or Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution.

Familiarity with APIs.

Salary
£45-55k depending on experience
Location
We welcome candidates from across the South East and have offices in East Croydon and Brighton that our staff can access anytime, alongside remote working where preferred.
Working hours
Our core hours are 9-5, Monday-Friday but we are open to flexible working requests.
