Digital Marketing Lead

We’re a talented, collaborative and friendly team of marketing specialists looking for someone equally as special to manage our lead generation function. You will be responsible for acquiring new Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through key acquisition channels such as SEM, SEO and Paid Social.

The role

Your number one focus will be lead generation to ensure you hit your MQL targets. As a B2B SaaS company, attracting enterprise customers who meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Acceptable Customer Profile (ACP) criteria is crucial to us growing our new business pipeline and achieving our Annual Recurring Revenue target.  


We are looking for someone who can…

  • Develop and execute our digital marketing strategy and lead generation campaigns to help grow our new business pipeline 

  • Drive high-quality traffic to our website through SEM, SEO and Paid Social to ensure we continually improve CRO

  • Improve the customer experience across our site through A/B testing and experimentation

  • Manage spend and maintain budgets to drive strong return on investment (ROI) and efficient customer acquisition costs (CAC)

  • Measure the effectiveness of our lead generation campaigns by analyzing data and analytics

  • Regularly produce reports on performance against our objectives, key results and KPIs

  • Oversee our email marketing and inbound nurture workflows using Hubspot

  • Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers and third parties

  • Share insights with the wider team (Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success) to support our growth strategy

What you need...

  • 3+ years firsthand experience in a B2B digital marketing role

  • Excellent grasp of current SEM/SEO best practices and demonstrable hands-on experience 

  • Ability to run multi-channel digital advertising campaigns 

  • Expertise in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) 

  • Experience in website management and maintenance (ideally Wordpress and Hubspot)

  • Confidence in writing copy and optimizing keywords for PPC and LinkedIn Ads

  • A successful track record in email nurture workflows 

  • A natural inclination towards data, and a desire to extract meaning from data (Ideally Google Analytics qualifications and dashboard expertise)

  • Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
